Emo's
is a prominent nightclub located in Austin, Texas. [1] It is also one of the venues that hosts bands for the South by Southwest festivals, during which the club consists of four stages [2] The annual Emissions from the Monolith festival was also relocated to Emo's in 2007 [3] Emo's got it's start as a Houston punk club in the late 90's, a second club was openned in Austin. The Houston location closed it's doors in Sept. 2001.
