The Shanghai Stadium
(?????) is a multi-use stadium in Shanghai, China. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium was built in 1997 when the 8th National Games of People's Republic of China was held in Shanghai. It can hold about 80,000 people, so it is also called the "80,000 people's Stadium"(??????). It is probably one of the thirty largest football stadiumshttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_football_%28soccer%29_stadiums_by_capacity in the world, and is the second largest stadium in China after the Beijing National Stadium. It has been used for football preliminaries at the 2008 Summer Olympics.
