Disengage is the final album by Industrial Rock band Circle Of Dust. Klay Scott began to work on the album after the brief departure of AngelDust, a music/magic project he and Criss Angel made together. After Circle Of Dust's contract with R.E.X. expired, Klay Scott took the band to a new music label called Flying Tart in order to make a farwell album. There were 7 remixes on the songs "Chasm" and "Refractor". Klay wanted to released them in a single CD titled "Circle of Dust - Refractor/Chasm Remixes" but he company denied Klay's request. Instead the remixes show up on the album from track 10 to 16.
