Gerald "Ged" Dunn
is a former rugby union and professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s who at club level has played for; (RU), and Hull Kingston Rovers, and at representative level for England, playing at Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5.

Ged Dunn won caps for
England while at Hull K.R. in 1975 against Wales; in the
1975 Rugby League World Cup against Australia, France, New Zealand, Australia, and Australia; in 1975 against
Papua New Guinea (non-test); and in 1977 against France.

Later Life
After retering as a
Rugby League player at
Hull Kingston Rovers Ged became a PE teacher at Winifred Holtby School in
Kingston upon Hull for over 30 years. Where he was a PE techaer. He tought PE and influenced players like
Great Briton intonationals and
Hull F.C. players
Lee Jackson,
Richard Horne and
Kirk Yeaman. Dunn also tought and influenced
Graeme Horne (
Hull F.C.) and Ryan esders (
Hull Kingston Rovers). Ged also had a knee replacment in 1998 and later retired sometime around 2005.
