Roger Meade Clyne (born 1968, Tucson, Arizona) is the lead singer, songwriter, rhythm guitar player, kazoo-ist, and harmonica-ist for Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers. His previous bands include The Mortals and The Refreshments. Clyne and the Peacemakers released their fifth full-length studio album, "Turbo Ocho," in January 2008. They also wrote and recorded the theme song for their hometown Arizona Diamondbacks, entitled The D'Backs' Swing . Roger released his album, Glow In The Dark , via his website azpeacemakers.com. This is a live album, recorded in NJ during the 2008 tour. Each week since the release, a new song and video will be available for download. This is the first time a video of their live shows will be available. Much of Roger's music revolves around life in southern Arizona, where he grew up on his family's ranch. As a youth, his frequent trips south of the border have influenced not only his music, but also his charitable contributions. His Mexico concerts often raise money for charities based in Rocky Point, Mexico.
