The Southeast Symphony Association is a non-profit, musical and cultural association in the Greater Los Angeles area. The 55-year old Association's goal is to enhance the cultural scene of Los Angeles through various methods, mostly music. The group currently offers musical classes to students of various ages through the Los Angeles Unified School District. The Group's Symphony-group, known as the Southeast Symphony , also puts on free Classical Music concerts throughout Los Angeles. The Association's main headquarters is currently in Inglewood, California. The association has a relationship with the Nissan car corporation, through which it receives some funding. The Current Music Director and Conductor of the Symphony is Charles Dickerson.
