STEVE SMOOTH Steve Smooth is a DJ / Producer / Remixer from Chicago, Illinois, U.S.. He plays an assortment of house music. He was voted as one of America's Favorite DJs by BPM Magazine. Steve currently has DJ residencies at Crobar (Chicago) & Dream (Miami). Steve has had releases on such labels as: Ménage Music (US), Sound Division (Italy), Vendetta (Spain), Fine Tune (France) & Ministry of Sound (UK). Ménage Music released Steve's debut album “The Collection” in 2006 with production partner, JJ Flores. Their remix of "Dancin" by Aaron Smith was a Top 10 hit in the UK Pop Charts. Steve has also done remixes for major label artist such as Nelly Furtado & Santana. In 2007 Steve produced an Electronic Rock Band called Shock Stars. Within 1 years time Shock Stars have opened for bands such as AFI and have also played Chicago's Lollapalooza. In 2008 Steve signed to Ultra Records and will be releasing his 2nd album in October 2008.
