Band History
The band began in 2005 when lead singer
Nick Coyle, formerly of the band Lifer. Nick then located other musicians in the area to form the rest of the band. After producer
Rob Caggiano heard some early demos of the band playing, he flew to Pennsylvania to hear the band play one of their live shows. Finding quite a bit of interest in the band,
Rob Caggiano called
Jay Baumgardner to help the band produce their first EP.
The Drama Club's song "Everybody Wants Some" was chosen by ESPN and is featured in their "NFL Plays of December", NFL Live and ESPN News shows. The Drama Club has shared the stage with Papa Roach, Cold, Chevelle, Semi Precious Weapons, Candlebox, Saving Abel, Static X, Hed PE, Hoobastank, Velvet Revolver, and Breaking Benjamin.
