The Fold Wiki Information
The Fold is a rock band from Chicago, IL. They have released two full length albums and one EP on EMI/Tooth & Nail Records. This Too Shall Pass (album) was released February 22, 2006 Secrets Keep You Sick released May 22nd, 2007 and Stargazer EP released August 26, 2008. Directly following the release of Secrets, the band spent their summer on the Van’s Warped Tour. The Fold hooked up with friends Plain White T’s and Spill Canvas on their own dollar to support their 2008 sold-out UK tour.
Upon returning to the US, The Fold severed ties with Tooth & Nail Records. The band headed directly into Tree Sound Studios in Atlanta, Georgia with Zack and Kenneth (Cartel, All Time Low, Mayday Parade). The team had been a major believer in the band since late 2006, when they recorded Secrets Keep You Sick. So much so that they jumped at the opportunity of making this record. All parties worked for peanuts with the bright future of the band in mind, and in Fall 2008 The Fold completed their most radio ready, powerful album to date!
