History
The band gained recognition through
MySpace after posting their first songs, specifically their popular first single, "Beauty in the Breakdown". They have toured throughout the
United States.
The Scene Aesthetic compiled their
demo songs from MySpace onto their 2006 debut release,
Building Homes from What We've Known
. Their self-titled second album, featuring generally the same track list with a few additional songs, was released in 2007.
Bowley served as an
LDS missionary in
Rosario,
Argentina, and returned on December 20, 2008.
They are planning a compilation of
B-Sides which will include acoustic versions of the full band songs that appeared on their previous records and a collection of remixes. It is rumored to be released under the title
Play, Stop, Rewind, Repeat
. Two new songs have been released for listening on their MySpace page.

Both de Torres and Bowley have been writing new material and plan to release a new record in 2009. It is set to be produced by
Marshall Altman.
